US-408 Spring Coiling Machine

1. The machine is independently controlled by four sets of servo motors, wire feed shaft, upper cutter shaft, lower cutter shaft, and outer diameter shaft. The zero-returning position of each working axis can be set freely (to meet the needs of actual adjustment).

2. The computer can be operated on the touch screen, adjust the spring tight ring, input the spring reference outer diameter, thread pitch, and number of turns to simplify the adjustment work and save a lot of adjustment time compared with ordinary conventional machines.

3. The machine can directly adjust the acceleration and deceleration function of the wire rack on the computer interface, and the spring production program can be modified without stopping, making the production more efficient. When the line is broken, the machine is abnormal when running the line, and the shutdown information is displayed on the display screen.
